No payment data: We do not process or store payment-card details because online payments are not available on our Site.

• Service providers – cloud hosting, appointment software, email/SMS gateway (bound by contract to protect your data)

• Business transfers – in connection with a merger or sale (you’ll receive prior notice) 
   

7. Data Transfers 

Our service providers may operate outside California / the USA. When we transfer data internationally we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. 
 

 

8. Data Retention 

Client records are kept for three (3) years after your last appointment (or longer if required by California cosmetology or health regulations). Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Data is then securely deleted or anonymized. 
 

9. Security 

We protect your information with HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method is 100 % secure, so please safeguard your own account credentials. 
 
10. Your Privacy Rights 

Region Rights & How to Exercise Them 

California (CCPA / CPRA)Request: (a) the categories or specific pieces of personal info we hold; (b) deletion; (c) correction; (d) to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we don’t sell/share data, but the right still exists). Submit requests via info@calea.beauty or call +1 (559) 800-8808. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any CCPA/CPRA right. 

General U.S. Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@calea.beauty . 

GDPR (EEA/UK) If applicable, you may also request portability, restrict/object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your local DPA. 
 

11. Children’s Privacy (CalOPPA) 

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us so we can delete it. 
 

12. “Do Not Track” 

Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal; our Site currently does not respond to such signals because there is no consistent industry standard.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
